Attention All Skate Park Supporters:
Everyone is needed to help us support the approval of the Skate Park Design that we have all worked so hard to create. Wally Hollyday will be here to get the design approved and to help us ask for funding to complete the construction documents (plans and drawings used to build the skate park).
What: City Council Meeting to approve the Skate Park Design
When: Tuesday, January 20th at 7:00pm
Where: City Hall – 1 Plaza
Who: All Skaters, their parents, friends and supporters
Why: To ensure funding and move forward with the skate park.
IM REALLY EXCITED FOR THIS SKATE PARK ITS ALWAYS GOOD WHEN IT COMES TO THE KIDS IN PATTERSON THEY CAN BE AT THE PARK INSTEAD OF WHO KNOWS WHERE DOING WHO KNOWS WHAT, THE ONLY SUGGESTION I WOULD SAY IS THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE PICNIC TABLES AND BENCHES SO THE PARENTS CAN SUPPORT THE KIDS , SO IT CAN BE A FAMILY ORIENTED!!!!!!
Great Idea. We spend countless hours with our son at skate parks around the state, the best parks are the ones that provide seating for spectators. Our boy is 9 years old and we wouldn’t dream of leaving him at the park alone and were not alone, lots of parents stay at the park with their children, so it’s important for us to have a spot to sit and enjoy the action.
